2 cawan tepung gamdum (diayak)
1 sudu besar susu tepung
1 biji telur
sedikit garam + gula
1 sudu besar minyak jagung
Air secukupnye
Cara-cara:
Ayak tepung utk tekstur yg halus, pastu masukkan semua bahan gaul sebati guna whisk. Agak2 la ye tahap kecairan yang sesuai..bab nih mmg x reti nk ajo....pastu panaskan pan, sendukkan adunan ke dalam pan dan tunggu hingga lempeng masak. Dah masak boleh la hidang bersama sambal kegemaran masing2. Lempeng nih kalau nk makan ngan kari ke, susu ke, gula ke..pun sedap gak...sekian..
